結構原理
輸入信號增大,供氣用電磁閥先導閥1換向,而排氣用電磁先導閥7處于復位狀態,則供氣壓力從SUP口通過閥1進入先導室5,先導室壓力上升,氣壓力作用在膜片2的上方,則和膜片2相連的供氣閥芯4便開啟,排氣閥芯3關閉,產生輸出壓力。此輸出壓力通過壓力傳感器6反饋至控制回路8。在這里,與目標值進行快速比較修正,知道輸出壓力與輸入信號成一定比例為止,從而得到輸出壓力與輸入信號的變化成比例的變化。由于沒有噴嘴擋板機構,故閥對雜質不敏感,可靠性高。
特點
1)可實現壓力、速度的無極調節,避免了常通的開關式氣閥換向時的沖擊現象。
2)能實現遠程控制和程序控制。
3)與斷續控制相比,系統簡化,元件大大減少。
4)與液壓比例閥相比,體積小、重量輕、結構簡單、成本較低,但響應速度比液壓系統慢得多,對負載變化也比較敏感。
5)使用功率小、發熱少、噪聲低。
6)不會發生火災,不污染環境。受溫度變化的影響小。
